SECTION 01Who we are
pricedeliveriestrucking LLC ("pricedeliveriestrucking", "we", "us") operates trucking, parcel and freight delivery services across the United States and internationally. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, phone lines, branches, pickup executives and mobile channels.
SECTION 02Information we collect
- Booking details: sender and receiver names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses — needed to pick up, transport and deliver a shipment.
- Shipment details: declared contents, weight, dimensions, declared value and any customs documentation for international shipments.
- Payment details: transaction references for prepaid bookings and cash-on-delivery amounts. Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
- Delivery records: proof-of-delivery information such as receiver name, signature, time of delivery and, where applicable, a delivery photograph.
- Website data: basic usage information such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies to keep the site working and improve it.
SECTION 03How we use your information
- To pick up, transport, track and deliver shipments, and to share tracking updates by SMS, email or phone.
- To contact senders or receivers when an address is incomplete, a delivery attempt fails, or customs requires clarification.
- To process payments, issue invoices and remit cash-on-delivery collections.
- To investigate claims, complaints, lost shipments and suspected misuse of our services.
- To meet legal obligations, including record-keeping, taxation and cooperation with law enforcement where required by law.
SECTION 04Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to run the service:
- Delivery partners: airline, rail and line-haul partners who move shipments between hubs, and last-mile partners in areas we serve indirectly.
- Receivers and senders: the receiver sees the sender's name and city; the sender receives delivery confirmation details.
- Payment and technology providers: payment gateways, SMS and email providers, and the hosting services behind our website.
- Authorities: customs, tax and law-enforcement agencies where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information to anyone.
SECTION 05How long we keep it
Shipment and billing records are retained as required by applicable federal and state tax and commercial law, typically up to 7 years. Enquiry-form messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
SECTION 06Security
Access to shipment records is limited to staff who need it for their role. Our systems use encrypted connections, and branch records are stored in access-controlled premises. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect to what the service genuinely needs.
SECTION 07Your choices
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about your bookings by writing to care@pricedeliveriestrucking.com.
- You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact details on an active shipment.
- You may opt out of promotional messages at any time; service messages about active shipments will still be sent.
SECTION 08Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to function and basic analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may be limited.

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
